What it is

For their growth strategy, Israeli companies have successfully focused on the US market for many years. We believe that for some startups, the European market can be an excellent alternative or an addition.

Fit4Europe is a program that is aimed to assist Israeli startups that think the same.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Our program in Tel Aviv and Berlin is designed for Israeli technology intensive seed stage start-ups that

  • have a product/service (beta stage or later) ready for scaling
  • want to expand their business to Germany Europe
  • have a good fit to Deutsche Telekom business activities
  • need support to set-up operations and acquire initial pilot customers

    WHAT WE OFFER

  • Up to €300k in seed funding
  • Deutsche Telekom network: personal contacts / meetings with business owners/representatives of DT that are potential (pilot) customer
  • Expert advise: coaching/mentoring from hub:raum & DT network of experienced entrepreneurs, domain experts, and business owners/executives
  • Partner customer contacts: access/contacts to DTAG network of suppliers and partners (that also could be customers)
  • Office space: free of charge shared co-working office space in Berlin

    TERMS

    We look to co-invest with Israeli investors. We join with up to € 300k in the terms which were agreed with the lead investor.

    What we offer

    • Preparation for Europe: coaching in Tel Aviv to get introduction to European market and to prepare sales pitch & product for roadshow
    • Expense coverage: a non-refundable € 10k + another 5k per team member that comes over to Europe (max € 20k) to cover parts of expenses for travelling, living and to set-up operations
    • Deutsche Telekom network: personal contacts / meetings with business owners/representatives of DT that are potential (pilot) customer
    • Expert advise: coaching/mentoring from hub:raum & DT network of experienced entrepreneurs, domain experts, and business owners/executives
    • Partner customer contacts: access/contacts to DTAG network of suppliers and partners (that also could be customers)
    • Office space: free of charge shared co-working office space in Berlin

    TERMS

    For this program we ask you to grant us an option to participate in a future financing round as co-/follow-on investor with up to € 300k and 20% discount. Furthermore team member(s) need to spend a reasonable amount of time in Berlin/Europe to actively do business development/sales.
