The AI Hackathon will take place from January 29th – 30th 2018 and will be part of the AI Industry Day on the 30th of January.One goal to achieve:Enhance the customer experience thanks to AI technologies!
CHALLENGE 1:CREATE A LANGUAGE MODELFOR NEW/DIFFICULT LANGUAGESUse a wikipedia dump, words2vec and machine learning to create a language model.
CHALLENGE 2:KNOWLEDGE EXTRACTION FROMTELEKOM HILFT INTERACTIONS
Use chat data from „Telekom Hilft“ to identify topicsand keywords, find relations between keywords andultimately show how to utilize the learned/identifiedinformation to support customer care agents or users.
CHALLENGE 3:CREATE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT CHATBOTBuild a chatbot to simulate support agent interactions.
CHALLENGE 4:AUTONOMOUSLY TARGET USERS WITH EMOTIONALRESPONSES FOR EXTRA CUSTOMER CARE
CHALLENGE 5:IMAGE CAPTION The task is to generate suitable sentences to describe each image from a given set of images.
